Can I give zero stars? Bob showed up an hour late (11am - this guy doesn't start before 10am). He spent hours trying to jigsaw my stuff in his truck because he underestimated the load. At 4pm, he told me that we needed another truck and charged me 'at cost' for the truck (he rents trucks and doesn't own them) because it all wouldn't fit and two additional hours to complete the job (for a total of 10 hours/3 workers). My furniture was damaged along with my carpets and walls. Little to no care was taken, and Bob is a real jerk. We argued about the price and he refused to discount the hours despite the fact that time was wasted trying to jam everything in one truck. If I didn't help load stuff and unload who knows how many more hours I would have to pay. He was rude to my wife when she showed him the damage. At which point, I had to ask him multiple times to leave my house. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
